They did prep work for new stair railings -- remove the old railings, remove a pony wall (moving needed electrical outlet as well), repair & texture the drywall, replace the floor plates for the new railing base. It was an inherently difficult project and the right side we had to work with compounded the difficulty, but GMR came through and completed the build without any issues.
